We are looking for a Program & Portfolio Manager with expertise in managing cloud infrastructure, security programs, and operational services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing various technical initiatives related to datacenters, compute, networking, and cloud services, ensuring alignment with security standards such as ISO27001 and NIS-2. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will focus on project execution, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a continuous security program in alignment with ISO27001, NIS-2, and other governmental standards.
• Oversee the development of a public cloud center of excellence with a focus on multicloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Direct a portfolio of initiatives emphasizing lean management and process improvement.
• Collaborate with technical infrastructure and development teams to ensure the integration of security measures and cloud solutions.
• Lead, motivate, and guide teams to meet project goals and maintain high performance.
• Engage stakeholders in long-term strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision.
• Provide detailed reporting and insights to C-level executives, offering recommendations to support decision-making.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource planning to ensure successful project delivery.

• Relevant certifications in project management, cloud technologies, or information security (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ISO27001 Lead Auditor).
• Proficiency in managing multicloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in security standards such as ISO27001 and NIS-2.

Language Requirement:

• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
