Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

The Document and Training controller will maintain documents, records and training in the electronical systems. The Document and Training controller will be the superuser of the electronical systems for training and document control.
Main responsibilities

Ensure proper assignment and removal of trainings in electronical Learning management system.
Ensure correct training profile assignment to all employees.
Maintenance of training matrix of departments.
Maintenance of training metrices.
Visualization of training KPI's
Aid in administrative tasks like data gathering, preparation of presentations/trainings, improvement of data analysis,…

Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in administrative tasks

Capabilities, Knowledge, and skills

Advanced computer skills and practical knowledge of MS Office Suite, Share Point, and other related systems
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent teamwork

Languages

Fluent in English and Dutch
