Treasury Manager - Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Treasury Front Office operations for the group and affiliates.
- Lead structured finance projects, including AR/AP securitization and leasing.
- Support internal teams with Treasury-related inquiries as part of the Treasury Business Partnering initiative.
- Contribute to the digital finance transformation roadmap.
- Ensure the group’s Treasury strategy aligns with Board policy and is applied across entities and the in-house bank.
- Monitor and report on securitization structures for the group.
- Act as backup for the Group Cash Manager, overseeing liquidity, FX exposure, and daily cash management decisions.
- Further centralize Treasury activities within the group and potential acquisitions.
- Maintain compliance with financial market regulations and serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in international cash management and general Treasury operations.
- Knowledge of corporate securitization programs and in-house banking (IC-funding, cash pooling, FX management) is a plus.
- Expertise in cash management, currency management, risk exposure, and working capital optimization.
- Strong digital skills, including advanced MS Office proficiency, with experience in finance/treasury automation tools being an advantage.
- University degree (Master’s) or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Treasury.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
