- Lead the growth and expansion of Admitad's presence in Brazil, focusing on both the short-term and long-term strategic objectives;
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth in the region;
- Onboard new advertisers and publishers;
- Monitor the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired revenue;
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to regional growth, advertiser and publisher performance, and overall market impact.
- Depth knowledge of Digital marketing;
- Affiliate marketing experience;
- Must speak Portuguese natively and with fluency in English;
- Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure;
- Experience in team leadership.
- Work in the international company;
