Customer Experience Intern - Affirmative for Black People

- Tracking area KPIs and work closely with global teams in the problem solving;
- Using dashboards to take relevant information to enhance business & experience improvements;
- Updating management sheets or presentation to track tasks and status of initiatives in order to provide visibility to all CX teams;
- Mapping process in order to generate more efficiency and improve experience from our customers;
- Creating minutes and keep track of all agreements and learnings for specific projects.
- Preferred degree: engineering, business administration, economics or similar;
- Passion for project management and/or process improvement;
- Must have advanced/fluent english, great communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders from around the world;
- Good interpersonal skills and comfortable coordinating people and projects;
- Google Sheets and Presentation skills;
- Analytical skills and the ability to solve problems creatively.
