Team Overview:

Nosso time é responsável pela análise de dados para dar suporte às categorias 4Rodas e 2Rodas no 99App. Nossos principais desafios são garantir o equilíbrio do marketplace para que nossos usuários possam ter uma boa experiência em ride-hailing. Mantemos uma forte comunicação com stakeholders de outros times para nos ajudar na busca pela melhor experiência possível.

Role Responsibilities:

Monitorar os KPIs para acompanhar a performance do marketplace e o comportamento dos motoristas e passageiros, atuando eficientemente para melhorar aexperiência
Dar suporte ao time com análise
Criar e executiar estratégias de incentivos tanto para passageiros quanto para motoristas visando um equilíbrio do marketplace
Sintetizar conclusões analíticas e gerar insights relevantes
Desenvolver dashboards para dar suporte ao time de operações diariamente

Role Qualifications:

Cursando graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Fincanças ou áreas correlatas
Possibilidade de estagiar em formato híbrido em São Paulo capital (3x na semana na Avenida Paulista)
Forte senso de responsabilidade, proatividade e habilidade de aprender rápido
Perfil empreendedor, criativo
Habilidade analítica
Conhecimentos em Excel e Google sheets
Conhecimento em Python e data modeling (diferencial)
Inglês (diferencial)
