This intern will assist the Fleet Leader taking care of Brazil Fleet and part of Mexico.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage the company gas portal for Brazil & Mexico
  
• Request new gas cards
  
• Place invoices
  
• Monthly reloading of gas cards (Mexico)
  
• Assist with monthly invoice reports
  
• Responsible for connecting with the company's supplier (Brazil)
  
• Manage new hires request for Fleet
  
• Manage off boarding needs related to Fleet
  
• Manage inquiries between company and supplier
  
• Manager renewal requests for Fleet
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory
  
• Advance excel knowledge
  
• Studying 4th semester forward from an accredited university
