Your mission?
As an intern in the Finance department, you will be a vital part of the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team and work directly under the supervision of the Head of FP&A.

What are the responsibilities for this role?

• Dashboard Construction: Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key financial performance indicators using tools like Mosaic, Excel, Power BI, and Big Query.
• Financial Projections: Assist in creating financial projections (forecast) and financial modeling to predict the company's short-term and long-term results.
• Data Preparation: Collect, organize, and prepare data for generating executive dashboards and financial analyses.
• Strategic Plan Development: Contribute to developing the company's strategic plan for the upcoming years by providing financial analysis and insights.
• Investor Communication: Participate in investor communication by providing accurate and relevant financial information.
• Research: Perform benchmarks and analyze data from other companies.
• Pricing Studies and Analysis: Conduct studies and analyses to assist in product pricing and support strategic decisions within the company.

Job Requirements?

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Knowledge or a willingness to learn to use tools such as Excel, Big Query, and Power BI.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and people with different expertise and backgrounds.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Availability to work in the São Paulo office two times a week, following the flexible work policy
