You will report directly to Brazil CFO, and travel will be required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects). This flexible model of work is located in São Paulo.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting: Lead the development of budgets and financial forecasts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and prepare and present financial reports to local and regional leadership.
Business Communication and Planning Cycles: Ensure timely communication with the business unit regarding planning cycles, maintaining quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Performance Monitoring and Variance Analysis: Analyze and monitor key performance indicators across revenue, costs, profit and cash flow, identifying and addressing unexpected variances.
Ad-hoc Reporting and Strategic Initiatives: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and drive strategic initiatives through financial modeling and recommendations to management.
Process Improvement and Decision Support: Continuously improve finance-related processes and offer financial insights to support management decision-making through data analysis.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field, with previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and in managing/developing people.
Regarding technical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills are mandatory. SAP/BPC skills are highly desirable.
High standards of accuracy and organization, with strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze financial data to ensure business alignment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong technical and analytical abilities to influence decisions using fact-based information.
Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the confidence to challenge internal stakeholders when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Strong team player and leader, with the ability to engage and motivate others while being hands-on in collaborative efforts.
Fully bilingual in English and Portuguese. Spanish language skill is a plus.
