MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement analytics strategies focused on enhancing i Gaming operations, player engagement, and overall business performance.
• Identify opportunities for innovation by leveraging data to improve player acquisition, retention, and engagement in the i Gaming sector.
• Ensure data governance by maintaining high standards for data quality, integrity, and security across all analytics processes.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes.
• Lead the development of predictive models to enhance player-related strategies, ensuring alignment with i Gaming market trends.
• Communicate data-driven insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders, translating complex findings into actionable business strategies.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure robust, scalable data infrastructure that meets the sophisticated needs of i Gaming analytics.
• Adopt advanced analytics tools and technologies, staying competitive in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Conduct risk assessments focused on data analytics, particularly regarding player behavior and revenue, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to provide clear visibility into performance metrics relevant to i Gaming.
• Continuously monitor and refine analytics efforts, ensuring they remain effective and aligned with industry advancements.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in analytics, preferably within i Gaming or a closely related industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI), along with strong statistical analysis and data visualization skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage complex analytical projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
• Experience with machine learning, AI, and other advanced analytics techniques, particularly in relation to player behavior and game optimization.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written, is required.
