Create meaningful strategies plan to engage patients through Advocacy and Communication, ensuring that the way Patient Engagement & Communications initiatives are developed, executed, and is done with the voice of the patient. Ensure daily operations run effectively and efficiently, identify and resolve upcoming issues, improve processes, ensure quality deliverables.

Major accountability:

• Work collaboratively cross-divisional and /or cross-functionally to bring in critical patient insights to inform corporate strategies and key decisions.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Patient Engagement & Communications strategy, ensuring that the company establishes strong relationships with patient organizations and media outlets, including Social Media.
• Drive all patient Engagement activities in assigned areas and build a patient-centric reputation for Novartis
• Create and bring forward innovative approaches to partnering with patient groups /forums, including engagement, in areas of strategic alignment
• Build appropriate program engagement strategy, ensuring cross-functional alignment, including where relevant budget and resource allocation management.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

• Complete graduation related to Healthcare and/or Communications
• Desirable Post-Graduation / MBA
• Patient Advocacy experience
• Communications experience
• Healthcare industry/Pharma experience
• Understanding of product life-cycle
• Project Management.
• Financial Management.

Languages :

• Advanced Portuguese
• Advanced English.
