Responsibilities

O analista de suporte ocupa-se do atendimento em infraestrutura por telefone e email, em espanhol e português. Realiza o gerenciamento do Voice Mail.

Qualification:

Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em TI;

Desejável experiencia anterior em suporte a clientes, contact center/service desk.

Inglês intermediário.
