Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementations: Lead the planning, installation, and configuration of new SAP systems, including ECC and S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- S/4HANA Rollouts: Work closely with project teams to manage S/4HANA rollout activities, including technical setup, data migration, testing, and final deployment.
- Upgrades & Enhancements: Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancement packages, and migrations to the latest SAP versions, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Performance Optimization: Design and implement performance tuning measures, conduct load balancing, and manage system capacity to maintain optimal SAP system performance.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Document system configurations, technical processes, and project-specific implementations. Support knowledge transfer to other team members and ensure clear documentation for all project phases.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration focused on implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA rollouts and SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations.
- Expertise in SAP Basis installations, upgrades, and configurations, with a focus on project-based implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database and SAP infrastructure across various OS environments.
- Advanced/Fluent English communication.
- Full-time job - 40h/week.
- Independent Contractor.
