Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Sao Paulo office as part of our Brazil Finance & Accounting team for 12 months (with possibilities of extension). You will have 30 work hours per week (6 hours per day). Your physical presence will be required 3 times a week at SPO office - hybrid working. You will work directly with the core areas of the business, especially with other areas such as Legal, Professional Development, Human Resources, the entire Finance & Accounting Team and Global Operations Team - based in India.

Your impact within our firm

You will provide analytical support and perform activities for our Finance & Accounting Team.

In this role, you will learn how to support Brazil Tax department in submitting ancillary obligations, calculate withholding tax payments, provide different tax calculations and answer tax fiscalizations and internal/external audits.

You will help with daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding Tax and overall finance reports. You will also support in other administrative tasks regarding finance area such as bank reconciliations.

Your qualifications and skills

Currently pursuing a university degree in business, accounting, management, economics and engineering related areas with expected graduation not earlier than December 2025
General knowledge of administrative tasks
Intermediate skills in Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot table); basic Power Point skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Problem-solving abilities to address discrepancies and issues
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Strong relationship building skills
