Clariant is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to take on the role of Total Rewards Manager LATAM & Process Owner STI (Short-Term Incentive programs). Responsibilities

Total Rewards Manager LATAM:

• Facilitator of global compensation processes (incentives, benchmarking, budget, paybands etc.) in the region
• Drive regional/local initiatives of Total Rewards related topics in the region (e.g. harmonization of reward offerings, review of benefit landscapes and implementation of benefit offerings)
• Support the implementation of global Total Rewards processes and projects (incl. M&A projects)
• Review and follow regional/local market trends and identify implementation requirements
• Provide trainings and communication on Total Rewards offerings in the region
• Represent Total Rewards in regional and local committee

Process Ownership Short-Term Incentives (STI):

• Manage the global short-term incentive programs (Global Bonus Plan, Global Sales Incentive Plan and Site Bonus Plan)
• Identify global market trends and propose plan design improvements
• Manage projects for process and technology improvements
• Prepare and roll-out communication on targets and achievements
• Subject Matter Expert on questions from stakeholders (e.g. HR, managers, participants) on STI plans

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in compensation & benefits in a multinational company or consulting
• Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related fields (Postgraduate/MBA is a plus)
• Analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Deep technical knowledge of incentive plan design and processes
• Expertise in job evaluation and rewards principles
• Portuguese and English in advanced level / Spanish desired
• Knowledge of Success Factors (desired)
