Job Description:
The Director of Service Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in condition monitoring technologies and a proven track record in sales leadership.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Present and demonstrate condition monitoring products and services to prospective clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.

Job Education, Experience and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably in condition monitoring or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of condition monitoring technologies and their applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time in US and Canada.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
  • Must live close to a major airport.
