Reporting to the Director, People and Organization, you will work closely with the entire department team on a variety of mandates. Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Support the P&O team in development programs such as: training, talent management, etc., as well as in welcoming new employees: welcome day, individual meetings, etc.
• Support the P&O team in special and other projects.
• Assist HR business partners in the day-to-day management of employee files.
• Participate in the transformation and optimization of our daily activities.

Essential Requirements:

• Student in human resources or administration
• Excellent academic record
• Strong writing skills
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, conscientiousness and attention to detail
• Autonomous and results-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
