• Design and develop logical and physical data models for enterprise-level databases to support business goals and analytics requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineer and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Optimize and refine data models to ensure efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data architecture to ensure data models adhere to organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Maintain documentation related to data models and data architecture.
• Support data integration processes and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data modeling and database management.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ experience in data modeling, database design, and data architecture and overall 6+ experience in data related work
• Proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., Hackelade, ER/Studio, ERwin, Power Designer).
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Azure, especially in the 21Vianet (Azure China)
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database systems (e.g., SQL, No SQL)
• Ability to design data products that drive business value
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Experience with real-time and batch data integration technologies is a plus.
• Certification in data management or data modeling (e.g., CDMP, DAMA) is a plus.
• ML/AI experience and knowledge
