• Lead monthly closing full P&L tracking, analysis, and estimate.
• Scope: full P&L (revenue and orders, GM, operating expense), headcount, and working capitals.
• Before monthly closing: proactively monitor financial status (revenue, GM%, Sales & Marketing expense) to have an estimate, identify potential risks & opportunities, propose actions to mitigate risks if needed.
• Liaise with Accounting, Logistic team and operation team to ensure financial result accuracy.
• Review monthly closing actual result through systems. Variance analysis identify the key drivers/special impact.
• Review provision balance and improve related process together with Accounting team.
• Monthly management reports: analyze business performance, comparison with target and prior year, and highlight the improvement field.
• Lead and corporate with cross functions to build up the rolling budget for the responsible Business.
• Scope : Full P&L and KPIs for the responsible business
• Owner of related budget template, process, and data accuracy. Continuous improvement on data visibility, variance analysis, and estimate accuracy.
• Build up budget with solid assumptions. Link financial budget with business key strategy & drivers, and with identified risks and opportunities.
• Ensure the whole process complete with high quality and within timeline.

• Monitor the development trend of related financial items, work with business team to continuous drive

• Work closely with business team to build up financial modeling. Scenario analysis and in-depth key business drivers analysis.
• Identify information need, develop and prepare meaningful and insightful reports proactively to improve transparency and to facilitate decision making.
• Interpret the information with business manager and support them in the utilization of information, for example, support them in formulating recommendations for actions and measures and implementation

• Deep dive on product profitability, full value chain margin analysis, and pricing performance, and work with business to propose the right pricing strategy.
• Standard Pricing/Special price analysis
• Special Business case/key account analysis based on request.

• Take responsibility in the key strategy projects and new initiates in each year. Training to business team and collect feedback for further improvements.
• Work closely with cross functions to set up/maintain correct master database.
• Ensure the whole projects complete with high quality and within timeline.
• Leverage proejcts to improve data visibility and better support/drive business performance

• Ensure the business segment is utilizing financial controls in line with corporate guidelines and coordinate with internal control team to enhance the processed and compliance for the segment.
• Help to implement demo policy once rolled out to China
