Description

Ø Work with engineering team to support NPI builds; Ø Manage NPI ramps & own sustaining production at OEMs, ensuring overall performance meets all Apple criteria Ø Review OEMs supply plan and ensure it meets weekly MPS demand. Plan and manage: - Incoming materials - Operators and human resources - FATP equipment capacity - Tooling capacity Ø Drive Apple and vendor cross-functional teams to support the production plan, including: Quality, Process Engineering, Procurement, Material Planners, and Production Planners Ø Manage repeat lines/toolings qualifications during ramp and sustaining phase. Ø Manage E&O tracking and secure destruction. Ø Manage implementation of confidentiality procedures. Ø Support Engineering and Operations teams for new Product Development Ø Escalate issues not able to resolve by on-site management. • BS/BA degree
• 5+ years experiences in high volume manufacturing industry with production management, planning, material management, project management or supply chain management background;
• English & Mandarin proficiency;
• Willing to work from OEM factories within China;
Willing to work independently and travel frequently upon request (mainly in Asia).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master or MBA
• Experiences of working on NPI or with design center
• Team player, self-motivated & result oriented;
• Good in communication skills and interaction with people;
