Role Overview: As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving partner engagement and success within the ISP, DC and CSP ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing partner strategies, fostering strong relationships, and enabling partners to thrive in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local channel teams to execute partner strategies.
  
• Enable partners to effectively sell and deliver console connect solutions.
  
• Drive partner success through joint business planning and execution.
  
• Foster strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing support.
  
• Understand and address partner needs, ensuring alignment with console connect services.
  
• Develop and deliver partner training programs.
  
• Monitor partner performance and provide guidance for improvement.
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in public cloud services, with expertise in AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure.
  
• Channel Experience: Demonstrated success in channel management, including building and maintaining strong partner relationships.
  
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with ISP, DC and cloud ecosystem, including AI-related technologies.
  
• Overseas Market Expertise: At least 8 years of experience in serving overseas markets, particularly in understanding the needs of enterprises business expansion globally.
  
• Resource Management: Strong resource management skills, especially related to cloud Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
  
• Training and Enablement: Responsible for partner training and enablement programs.
  
• Global Routes: Understanding of overseas enterprise connectivity requirements.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  
• Experience in web application, Io T or cloud service development is a plus.
