- POSITION SUMMARY
The primary function of this position is to Manage the purchasing team to ensure on-time material availability for production. Managing production planning team to make sure MRP correctly communicates with production and ensure production runs smoothly as planned. Being the team leader and managing the purchasing team and planning team’s KPI.
Co-work with the global team and internal team to solve supply chain-related issues in time while reporting supply chain-related performance to headquarters.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support purchasing team to release and follow-up Purchase Orders to suppliers in time and solve their critical issue
- Support purchasing team to solve MRB material return.
- Ensure supplier’s compliance to Lectra’s rules & requirements.
- Drives supplier’s KPI and QLTC performance improvement.
- Contributes in sourcing, cost reduction, purchasing improvement initiatives and company improvement projects.
- Follow up on ECO and company policies to suppliers.
- Follow-up on orders rescheduling and expediting.
- Follow-up on loading ramp-up and ramp-down situation.
- Contributes in the inventory control program.
- Maintain Purchasing database (NDA, KPI report, Contracts etc.)
- Comply with Purchasing SOP.
- Support the Finance Department to solve discrepancy issues between supplier invoices or delivery orders with actual receipts.
- Communicate with the Shanghai/Cestas team on forecast/demand issue
- Join supply chain meeting with Shanghai, Tolland, and Cestas team regularly.
- Fulfill the requirements for any related works assigned by the company.

PROFILE
- University and above degree.
- Solid supply chain management and planning knowledge.
- Know well of technical drawing.
- Working experience in the Equipment Manufacturing environment, with team-leading experience.
- Min 10 years of experience in Global supply chain management.
- Min 3 years of experience related to production planning and purchasing work.
- Average English Speaking and writing skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- TRAVEL
- The position is based in Suzhou,China, with minimum travel requests.
