The Travel management Accountant will handle and process travel invoices for your region and provide support to reach the P2P team objectives. The role will maintain SAP module information and drive travel management projects and process improvement initiatives. The role will also drive audit communication with internal and external teams and support the team with solving more complex tasks.

• Process T&E reimbursements in accordance with internal control standards, policies and procedures for Koren and China companies按照内控标准、报销政策和流程处理中国和韩国员工报销
• Manage the process of corporate card issuance, expense settlement, limit adjustments and termination, including highlighting any violations to the management管理信用卡发行，调额和销卡。并向管理层报告违规行为。
• Audit reports to verify whether supporting documentation is compliant with expense line and arrange employee payment审核差旅报销并安排员工付款
• Coordinate and give training sessions for end user training on profile set up, travel, expense, and reporting协调并给予员工关于报销相关操作的培训
• Be responsible for Month end closing activities, such as expense adjustments, credit card suspense account clearing, quarterly accrual etc. 负责费用调整，信用卡过渡账户清账，季度预提等月结工作

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean, good English skill would be a plus优秀的韩语书面和口头沟通能力，英语熟练者优先
• Strong problem solving, documentation, research and resolution, data analysis and multi-tasking skills较强的问题解决、文档、研究和解决、数据分析和多任务处理能力
• Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook熟练使用Word, Power Point, Excel和Outlook等微软应用软件
• Familiarity with relevant computer software is a plus(e.g. SAP ) 熟悉相关计算机软件优先(如SAP )
