B2B Workflow Analyst JR
Análisis de Procesos de Instalación:
- Evaluar y mapear los procesos actuales de instalación de servicios para clientes B2B.
- Identificar cuellos de botella, ineficiencias y áreas de mejora en los flujos de trabajo existentes.
Optimización de Flujos de Trabajo:
- Diseñar e implementar mejoras en los procesos de instalación para aumentar la eficiencia y reducir el tiempo de implementación.
Gestión de Proyectos de Instalación:
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los tiempos de cada una de las etapas del flujo de instalaciones corporativas.
- Coordinar y gestionar proyectos de mejora de procesos relacionados con la instalación de servicios de telecomunicaciones.
- Trabajar con equipos técnicos y de operaciones para asegurar la ejecución efectiva de las mejoras.
Documentación y Procedimientos:
- Crear y mantener documentación detallada de procesos, procedimientos y políticas relacionadas con la instalación de servicios.
Capacitación y Soporte:
- Brindar soporte continuo al equipo de instalación para resolver problemas operativos y asegurar el cumplimiento de las mejores prácticas.
Análisis de Desempeño y Reportes:
- Administrar los indicadores relacionados con el área, incluyendo tiempos de entrega, cumplimiento de promesa de factibilidad, montos de facturación, ejecución de proyectos, entre otros.
- Monitorear y analizar métricas clave de desempeño relacionadas con la instalación de servicios.
- Generar informes periódicos para la alta dirección con recomendaciones para mejorar los procesos y la experiencia del cliente.
Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes:
- Colaborar con clientes B2B para comprender sus necesidades y requisitos específicos en relación con la instalación de servicios.
- Asegurar que los procesos de instalación cumplan con las expectativas de los clientes internos y externos y se ajusten a los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA).
