As AP System Support Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Operations of an AP system in troubleshooting user problems
• Supporting user enrollment, collecting feedback and problems
• Creation and keeping up to date support documentation such as SOPs or training materials
• Analyzing available data to find opportunities for improvements
• Follow up and leading discussion with external provider, suggesting developments
• Playing a major role in automating 1st line support via smart tools such as chatbots and RPA…

You are a good fit for the role if:

• You have a foundational understanding of financial processes in accounting.
• You've previously worked as technical support for the financial module of an ERP system or as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
• You're comfortable communicating in English with international colleagues.
• You possess strong skills in leading discussions, presenting arguments, and explaining issues to internal customers.
• Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
