What is this role about?

• To control the financial and commercial performance of a number of regions in the Customer Centre.
• To further develop a good internal control environment in order to protect the Customer Centre’s assets and to make sure that financial reporting and accounting matters are in accordance with FAM and local statutory accounting practice in cooperation with Brno FSC based accounting teams.
• To set-up/ensure pro-active analysis of business trends and the development of relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms.
• To be proactive, making sure that red flags are highlighted, that action plans are put in place when/where necessary and that an open communication with internal and external parties is maintained.
• To support Europe NE CC Business Controller with the organization, follow-up and control of the daily practical operation of the Customer Centre.
• Deliver finance as well as no-financial information to various functions within our Customer Centre.
• Support Europe NE CC Business Controller with the development and implementation of policies, processes, procedures and digital tools so that the required quality and safety standards are met in all aspects of the business. Ensure that those processes, policies and work instructions are adhered to.
• Provide technical support and solutions to various reporting requirements of the Europe NE CC including but not limited to Power BI, Sharepoint, MS flows.

What do we expect from you?

• Preferably Master in Economics or respective finance eductation and 3 years work experience in similar kind of function.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), SAP required. BPC, Hana, Sharepoint and MS flows apps and GPS an advantage.
• Self-organized, pro-active approach and ability to recognize and drive changes and improvements.
• Result-oriented and experienced professional with some experience or interest in automation, process improvements, digitalisation and business control
• Constantly striving for continuous improvements and eliminating non-value adding activities within a process / function.
• Fluent English and effective verbal and written communication.
