• Develop, implement, and oversee business strategies that align with the company's objectives and set and achieve growth and performance goals for the business unit.
• Develop and manage the business unit's budget, ensuring KPI targets are met and monitor financial performance, including revenue, profit margins, and expenses.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the business unit and set clear objectives, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and provide continuous feedback to staff.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue streams.
• Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Is educated to degree standard or equivalent in a business or technical discipline, MBA preferred with knowledge of industry.
• Has experience of leading a profitable and growing business and/or running a sales organization.
• Has proven experienced in sales management, channels development and experience in both strategic planning and execution.
• Has demonstrated improvement to a business in respect of market share, sales and profitability and own excellent leadership skills as well as business and financial acumen.
• Is fluent in both English and Czech (mother tongue).
