In this role, you will:
- Provide creative oversight for all designs, mass communication, marketing, and content produced by Jet Brains, ensuring alignment with our brand platform, identity, and tone of voice.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all deliverables and touchpoints.
- Provide consultations and guidance on creative ideas, offering insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and creativity of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and evolve the brand identity, including visual elements, tone of voice, design systems, and guidelines that effectively communicate the brand's values and personality.
- Develop and maintain design standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Shape the creative brand voice for Jet Brains and build a seamless experience for our products and the business as a whole.
- Drive excellence in design quality, pushing creative concepts to express the Jet Brains brand and its products across external and internal channels.
- Offer creative recommendations as required.
- Partner with creative agencies and personally develop original ideas for various marketing touchpoints.
- A bachelor's degree in design, marketing, communications, fine arts, or a related field, with a master's degree being a plus.
- Creative management experience, particularly at large agencies or for international brands.
- Relevant experience in creative ideation and conceptualization.
- Excellent strategic skills.
- A motivated and hands-on attitude.
- The ability to adapt in fast-changing environments, a keen eye for opportunities, and a resilience to change.
- A focus on the audience and customer at all times.
- A passion for design and strategy.
- The skills to partner across teams and departments to create and distribute impactful communications.
