JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks:

Main duty - to assist Senior Executive Managers with administrative (calendar, travel, and visitor management) and PMO tasks (task tracking, reporting). Key responsibilities include:

Diary Management
Travel Management (travel booking, meeting coordination, travel expense report)
Proactive coordination and organization of meetings (internal, external, and international management meetings, workshops)
Coordination of monthly reports
Follow-up on tasks and open items
Processing of invoices

Your profile:

Bachelor’s Degree
Relevant work experience 2-4 years
Proficient English
Great time-management ability to meet deadlines
Confident communication skills
Proactivity and self-direction
