About the role:
You Track is a project management solution that has evolved alongside market requirements, continuously improving its existing features while expanding its product-market fit (PMF). This growth has effectively turned You Track into a portfolio of products, with room for new ventures that may be incorporated into the product line. We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager who can challenge our existing development vision, bring forward innovative ideas, and execute these ideas through a rigorous approach to analytics and qualitative customer research.

We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager who can challenge our existing development vision, bring forward innovative ideas, and execute these ideas through a rigorous approach to analytics and qualitative customer research.
Responsibilities:
- Define and continuously refine the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead and mentor the product team, establishing effective processes and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Use market analysis and customer insights to identify and prioritize market needs and pain points, driving product direction and development.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, setting clear priorities and timelines to ensure focus and alignment across the team.
- Manage the entire product life cycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Utilize product analytics tools to monitor product performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead efforts to gather and analyze customer feedback through various qualitative research methods, such as surveys and interviews, to inform product decisions.
- Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across all levels of the organization.

A proven track record of success and professional growth in the role of Head of Product, Product Manager, or similar in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A strong understanding of product management principles, product life cycle, and Agile methodology.

A demonstrated ability to define a clear product vision and strategy, with experience driving PMF.

Hands-on experience with product analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Proven skills in gathering and analyzing qualitative customer feedback to enhance product development and user experience.

Experience leading and mentoring a product team, with a track record of establishing effective processes and driving team success.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to a variety of audiences.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
