Job Summary:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the daily operations of our food delivery service. Your role will involve coordinating between various teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in scaling our operations while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient order processing and delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of delivery personnel, logistics coordinators, and customer service representatives to achieve operational goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement necessary adjustments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and technology teams to align operational efforts with overall business goals.
- Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address any service-related issues.
- Training and Development: Design and conduct training programs for staff to improve performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and forecasting for operational expenses, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with restaurant partners and third-party vendors to optimize service offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Preferably Czech native language speaker with English
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food delivery or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
