We are looking for an organized, energetic, hardworking individual with great communication skills to join our team in the Czech Republic in the role of Operations Assistant.
Key responsibilities might include:

• Assist Destination Managers with miscellaneous tasks related to trip planning.
• Deal with Ad Hoc planning, booking and organization of all aspects of CAS Trips.
• Build and maintain relationships and trust with local service partners, including restaurant owners/managers, accommodation owners/managers, transport companies, activity partners and NGO and Charity partners.
• General administration tasks.
• Conduct research to identify potential new vendors, destinations, and activities that align with company offerings.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of partner contact information, including vendors, guides, and local service providers, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Support the operations team in various tasks as needed, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Monitor and manage inventory for tour supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

Requirements for the role:

• Native level of written and spoken English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full-time working commitment.
• High level organization and time management skills.
• Creative problem solving.
• Be proactive, able to work independently but also collaboratively.
• Be flexible and adapt to evolving role responsibilities as required.
• Maintain high skill level on a wide range of IT, including but not limited to; Asana, GDrive, Excel, Office (ppt, word, excel).
• Hybrid office model: you must be located in or near to Prague, Czechia.
• Experience in related fields is preferred, but not essential.

The chosen candidate will undergo a 3-month probationary period and is expected to undertake an onboarding training program to understand all trip planning methodology, utilizing new technologies as necessary.
Starting remuneration for this position will be 40,000 CZK per month, with an increase to 43,000 CZK per month following successful completion of the probation period.
