Job description:
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a team leader who will be responsible for the effective management and coordination of the performance of all production workers and for the fulfillment of production goals.
shift management – assigning tasks to employees, motivating employees (e.g. through training)
coordination of the production process - ensuring the smooth running of the production process, recording and reporting the performance of the team, the progress of production and the effectiveness of the set processes (reporting)
quality and safety – ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, inspection of operating tools and equipment, planning of repairs / technical inspections
communication - with other production workers and colleagues to resolve conflicts for the benefit of the team, performance and operational success
team development and leadership – supporting other employees in terms of team building and individual development of skills and work efficiency
