In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring data integrity requirements, not only within our team, but also across teams and departments in Emerging Technologies in Novo Nordisk.

The Position

We are seeking a new colleague to take on the role as “Data Integrity Steward”, serving as a designated Data Owner delegate. Among other responsibilities, you will assist in establishing and maintaining relevant data flow maps and data integrity risk assessments, in response to our increasing focus on data integrity in Novo Nordisk.

As a Data Integrity Steward, you will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the relevant business processes in the unit and the specific data generated by these processes.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

Establish and maintain data flows and data integrity risk assessments
Support different units by ensuring compliance with data integrity requirements, based on knowledge of local data flow maps and relevant SOPs in Quality Management Systems
Provide input and make improvement suggestions on data integrity-related matters to people managers and area process managers, if necessary
Take part in Audits and inspections

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have:

An academic degree within a relevant field
At least 1 year of experience within data governance or integrity
Understanding of GMP or experience from pharmaceutical environments
Strong communication and stakeholder/project management skills
Strong analytical skills and systematic approach

About the department

The department is part of ET SDF production and is organizationally located in Product Supply, steadily growing to support the demands of the market.
