Your tasks:

Professional and disciplinary management of the F&B assistants and all staff of the park´s catering outlets
Coordinating processes in the operational departments
Close cooperation with and direct reporting to the park manager
Ensuring the quality of products and service
Responsibility for the operational efficiency of the F&B key figures (use of goods, goods inventory turnover, etc.) and reporting
Supporting the optimisation and further development of all gastronomic areas in the park
Co-responsibility for personnel decisions within the F&B departments
Co-responsibility for the implementation of the areas personnel policy and the regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety regulations in the park
Creating and monitoring duty and vacation schedules in collaboration with F&B assistants and the HR department
Planning and organising professional training for employees in the park
Planning and organising events
Sharing responsibility for the implementation of environmental protection measures in the park
The F&B Manager is present in the departments during peak business hours
Regular "Manager On Duty" services (shift responsibility as MOD) in alternating rhythms

Your profile:

You have a degree from a university of applied sciences, e.g. a hotel management school, or a comparable qualification
You have at least three years of professional experience in a management position in a large company in the hotel and restaurant industry, catering or a food service company
You are familiar with MS Office and find your way around the programs easily
Your working style is characterised by initiative, independent work, and team spirit
You impress us with leadership skills, communication and presentation skills, natural authority and commitment
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, goal and result orientation naturally to you
You are decisive and make decisions based on analytical thinking and strategic action
Conflict and consensus-building skills complete your profile
Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany for business trips
Good knowledge of Danish and English; German skills are also welcome
