Would you like to drive improvement and execution on the annual financial planning cycle? Do you have strong analytical skills? Do you have experience in communicating business performance across management?

Ambu A/S is currently looking for a FP & A Associate to be based at HQ in Ballerup, Denmark.

In this newly established role, you will join the Business Finance & Analytics team consisting of 12 passionate professionals with skillsets covering e.g. Commercial Planning, Strategic Finance, BI and Data Science. You’ll report into the Senior Director of Business Finance & Analytics.

Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:

Driving improvements and execution across the annual financial planning cycle, including forecasts, yearly target settings and budget processes
Analyzing business performance and bringing financial insights and actionable recommendations to management
Contribute to the communication of business performance
Report to group management and board of directors by leading and coordinating reporting cadences

Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:

Carry 1-3 years of experience in corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
Carry experience in communicating and reporting to senior management and/or board of directors
Carry strong analytical skills with a high attention to details
Are a self-starter, always striving towards continuous improvement
Have excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset – and can enable successful interactions across stakeholders on various levels of the organisation
Can navigate Excel and Power Point with ease. Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
