Key Responsibilities
We are looking for
- Drive Commercial Success: Lead and grow our commercial performance with innovative sales strategies and seize new business opportunities.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Connect with new and existing customers, understanding their business needs to create strong, lasting partnerships.
- Inspire and Lead: Coach and develop our local sales and customer service team, sharing your market insights to help develop and deliver cutting-edge business opportunities.
- Excel in end-to-end training processes, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients.
- Strategic Management: Engage in stakeholder management across the organisation and provide crucial support to the leadership team.
- Drive Commercial Success :
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Proposal and Tender Management: Lead the development of key proposals and tenders within your area of responsibility.
- Business Planning: Contribute to the development of sales objectives, business plans, and company strategies.
- Marketing Strategy: Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support revenue generation.
- Build Lasting Relationships:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Customer Needs Understanding: Identify and address customer needs to create long-term partnerships.
- Inspire and Lead:
- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop the local sales and customer service team
- Knowledge Sharing: Share market insights to foster innovation and business growth.
- Training Excellence: Ensure effective training processes for both internal teams and external clients.
- Strategic Management:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
- Leadership Support: Provide strategic guidance and support to the leadership team.
- Key Metrics:
- Sales KPIs: Revenue growth, Pipeline strength, Hit rate, New customer acquisition
- Customer satisfaction
- Employee engagement scores
We are looking for
- Engaging Communicator: You have a strong presence and can effectively consult decision-makers both internally and externally.
- Relationship Builder: You excel at building networks and relationships at all levels, both locally and internationally.
- Proactive Leader: You’re hands-on, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Visionary Leader: You are driven by developing and involving your employees.
- Commercially Strong: You have a track record of establishing sales strategies, pursuing and winning opportunities.
- Team Player: You believe in collaboration and leading by example.
- Experienced user in CRM365 is an advantage.
- Bilingual: Fluent in both Danish and English, spoken and written.
- A driver's license is a must.
- Local Presence: Ideally, you live in Esbjerg or nearby.
- Educational background: Diploma/Bachelor in sales and/or marketing or similar is an advantage.
