At the HQ in Humlebæk, you will join the Marketing Deployment team within the global Marketing and Services organization. The team now includes 11 experienced colleagues equipped with a diverse set of professional competencies and cultural backgrounds. A unique opportunity to people lead and get close to execution during a transformative period
With a focus on execution and deployment, you will own the frontline training toolboxes across the Chronic Care business. Through this you will spearhead a digital transformation and change management of our training toolbox concept in the upcoming years. Leading frontline enablement across the Chronic Care offerings, you will own the deployment process towards local markets and be measured on the success of the impact you create together.

Head of Frontline Enablement core responsibilities:
Lead and people manage a team of 6 members.
Define and lead digital transformation of sales training based on a new Sales Enablement platform.
Owner of frontline global training toolboxes for both the field frontline and call specialists.
Define and own the deployment process to secure strong collaboration between Marketing and Sales and enable local marketing to execute commercial initiatives eg. product launches.
Ad hoc strategic projects and country deep dives.

To ensure a solid foundation for training implementation and execution on launches etc., this role will involve travelling for approximately 20-30 days a year, giving you the opportunity to build a strong relationship with our local markets.

With your professional and personal persona, you are keen to contribute as a team player with a focus on making things happen. You set the bar high with a visionary view on how future frontline enablement can drive growth within local markets. You pay close attention to synergies and are great at breaking down complexity to pinpoint where impact comes from. Further, you have a passion for people and lead as role model, empowering your team members to grow while having their back like we have yours.

Your qualifications:
5-10+ years of business experience within global/local sales/marketing or commercial excellence.
Strong business acumen demonstrated by both a sound strategic and analytical mindset.
Expert in stakeholder management, with experience working across cultures and organizational levels.
Agent of change supporting teams through structural changes.
Experience in people management and in healthcare is an advantage.
Experience in leading large complex projects across global/local organisations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Master’s degree in economics, business, marketing or similar.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Danish not a requirement.
