About the position

We´re looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Operations. You´ll guide a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets. If you´re passionate about leadership, have an understanding for technical products, and enjoy working in a diverse, inclusive environment, we want you on our team.

• Lead and support the Sales and Operations to perform at their best
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and expand our markets
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Hands-on and take part approach
• Work closely with other department to align strategies with our goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners
• Analyze sales data and market trends to find new growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with industry standard and company policies

Kinetico is a dynamic organization characterized by professionalism, an honest and welcoming atmosphere that supports professional and personal development.
In this position you can expect to travel 15-30 days per year.

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a assembly-production or manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership skills with a talent for motivating and managing a team
• Solid understanding of sales and operation processes
• Technical product knowledge and the ability to communicate concepts clearly
• Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office
• You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English - Any other languages are a bonus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
