• Lead the process for strategic portfolio planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives, prioritizing, and allocating resources effectively.

• Stay abreast of market trends, conduct thorough competitive landscape assessments, and leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making.

• Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies, identifying target groups and tailoring marketing approaches to meet their specific needs.

• Drive the development and evolution of diabetes products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products remain competitive and meet evolving customer needs.
  
  

• Master’s degree in marketing/or life sciences. An Masters of Business Administration (desirable) or similar.

• Significant experience in marketing or strategy roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• Diabetes/GLP-1 product knowledge or exposure.

• Extensive understanding of market research and consumer trend analysis.

• Fluency in both written and verbal English.
