About The Job

As a Project Manager in Compliance, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating activities focused on phasing out PFAS-containing components across our product portfolios. Working closely with R&D and sourcing teams, you will outline a detailed roadmap and ensure its successful execution. Your role will be integral to our compliance & data management function within Business Unit Hygienic Fluid Handling, and you will report progress and address challenges to a steering committee consisting of senior management representatives. Your mission: navigate through challenges, drive progress, and ensure compliance across our product lines.

This position will be based in Kolding, Denmark. We expect travel activity to be approximately 10-20 days a year.

What You Know

With 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the hygienic, pharma, or dairy industries, you bring a proven track record of successfully leading senior-level projects.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
You understand what it takes to ensure compliance, with a deep understanding of documentation, traceability, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in building networks and understanding organizational decision-making processes.
Proficiency in both English and Danish is required for effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
You’re willing to dive deep into technical details, using your curiosity to achieve the necessary output and deliver on goals.
