Do you have Project Management skills and are you interested in building a digital thread? Then you might be our new Project Manager for PLM. MAN Energy Solutions is looking for the right person to to strengthen our efforts on updating and improving our PLM Solutions.
You will play an important role in:

Driving the digitalization of MAN ES Engineering/R&D by defining and implementing new processes and IT solutions for end-to-end excellence within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Create well-functioning project teams to deliver agreed scope in expected quality
Create long- and short-term plans for projects and set targets for milestones
Communicate with stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals
Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
Drive specifications for IT deliveries and plan all steps of testing
Ensuring project outcomes are anchored in the organization while retaining a level of expertise in the domain

We imagine that you:
Already have an understanding of PLM, building a connected system landscape through data and past experience with core functionality such as Requirement Management or Engineering Change Management.
Moreover, we also imagine that you:

Have a relevant background (master’s degree or similar)
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience within project management, engineering or software development from an international company.
Have experience managing large or complex projects across departments and expertise in stakeholder management, user involvement, communication, specification, testing and training.
Have a technical understanding, maybe a background in engineering and an ability to quickly grasp ideas, products or systems.
Are able to bridge the gap between IT and business and understand how to create results in a team. Are able to optimize and automate work processes through gap analysis and facilitated workshops.Enjoy working in a hybrid work scenario across borders.
