Your mission is to develop and implement our corporate communications strategy, including CEO and global leadership team spokesperson strategies, as well as internal communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities

External Communications

Strategic Vision: Craft and implement innovative communications strategies that align with our corporate goals and equity story.
Agency Partnership: Collaborate with external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and maintain ongoing dialogue to ensure alignment with our messaging.
Crisis Management: Navigate sensitive issues with agility, fostering engagement across the business to address challenges proactively.
Message Preparation: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop compelling messaging for interviews and presentations, ensuring a cohesive narrative across markets.
Media Relations: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key reporters and media outlets, positioning Bang & Olufsen as a thought leader in luxury.
Financial Communications: Prepare insightful speaking notes and presentations for quarterly financial communications, and craft strategic company announcements and quotes for the CEO and Chairman.
Proactive Storytelling: Identify and pitch captivating corporate stories to major business media, showcasing our innovations and achievements.
Training and Development: Equip spokespersons with the skills and confidence needed to represent our brand effectively in various public engagements.

Internal Communications

Engaging Town Halls: Oversee the planning and execution of dynamic town hall meetings that promote employee engagement and transparency.
Digital Communication: Curate and maintain content for our Beowire/intranet, ensuring that employee stories and product updates are effectively communicated.
Celebrating Innovation: Organize and host product launch celebrations, creating memorable experiences that showcase our latest offerings.
Strategic Alignment: Drive the rollout of strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring all teams are aligned and informed.
Editorial Leadership: Host local editorial meetings with regional teams to brainstorm and share impactful stories that resonate with our brand values.

What You Bring

We are looking for a proficient communications expert with approximately 10+ years of experience. Your qualifications include:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications or a related field.
A global perspective and understanding of diverse markets.
Proven media relations expertise and a comprehensive network within the industry.
A creative problem solver with strategic insight and experience in issues management.
An enthusiasm for sustainability communications and driving impactful narratives.

Based in our Lyngby office, you will collaborate with teams in Global Marketing, Investor Relations, Strategy, People & Culture, Product Management, and Sustainability, alongside our global leadership team and CEO.
