We're currently looking for our new Talent Acquisition Partner to join a team of 10 skilled, enthusiastic and social TA Team Members. Here you will be an integral player in collaborating with hiring managers, and identifying and hiring top talent for our Copenhagen site. You will also be collaborating closely with People & Culture Business Partners within your area in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies, measuring results and driving continuous improvement.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive the recruiting process by ensuring timely debriefs with hiring teams, make appropriate offer recommendations and execute on a closing approach.
  • Recruitment for managerial positions as well Scientist and Specialist recruitments for your function
  • Work closely in a mini-team setting with Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify, engage and select top talent
  • Work closely with hiring managers, business leaders and People & Culture team to maximize the effectiveness and success of recruiting process ensuring consistent and high quality hiring practices and execution.
  • Develop and implement search strategy, ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against set criteria.
  • Create and manage a professional pipeline network of highly qualified candidates.
  • Be involved in a variety of TA-related or cross-functional optimization and development projects to continuously evolve how TA work and perform at AGC
  • Provide recruiting activities reports and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback on assessment tools for candidates and Hiring Manager in interviews

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Recruiting professional who is self-motivated and driven to succeed as a team and in close collaboration with Sourcer.
  • Demonstrated experience managing candidates, developing a sourcing strategy to attract high quality candidates, able to assess candidate qualifications, cultivating and closing opportunities successfully
  • Organized and experienced in a high growth, evolving environment
  • Results-oriented professional who enjoys being in close interpersonal contact with many stakeholders, while acting as a key advisor to the business
  • Experience using Linked In Recruiter/Linkedin Talent Insights and other social recruiting platforms, job boards, target company cold calling and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably working in or with regulated industry, Life Science or similar
  • Assessment certifications is considered a plus
