About the Role

As a Trading Assistant, you will ensure smooth operations by supporting Traders with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate data, and optimizing processes. Your efforts will allow Traders to focus on driving sales, logistics, and client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Traders, suppliers, agents, and customers during fuel deliveries
• Update and maintain customer, market, and supply data in systems (e.g., NAV)
• Collect invoices, Bunker Delivery Receipts, and ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor and update market prices, send daily pricing updates, and create overviews
• Assist with order settlements, contract admin, and data quality checks
• Support monthly closings in collaboration with Finance
• Contribute to projects and ensure compliance with Monjasa’s policies and values

Your Profile

• You have strong proficiency in the Office 365 suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel
• Knowledge of shipping or trading is an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills
