What You'll Do

through engaging onboarding
calls.

• Gather and record valuable client

feedback to continuously improve
our services.

• Serve as the main point of

contact for creators and clients,
addressing their inquiries and
concerns promptly and
effectively.

• Collaborate with the Creator

Manager to define creator
matches for each campaign.

• Monitor ongoing campaigns,

proactively addressing any
performance issues.

• Manage the SLAs dashboard,

ensuring all client expectations
are met.

• Connect with clients after their

first creator post, celebrating this
milestone.

• Analyze the client lifecycle

dashboard daily to track client
progress.
