The Route to Market (RTM) Senior Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize distribution channels and ensure effective market penetration for our products. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying key distribution opportunities, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance market reach and drive growth.

Our new team member needs to have:

A high education degree
+3 years of experience in a similar job
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Proven experience in route to market strategy, distribution, or sales.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

You can be successful in this role if:

Strategy Development: Design and execute RTM strategies to enhance product availability and market share across various channels.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess competitor strategies, and understand customer needs.
Channel Management: Collaborate with distribution partners and sales teams to optimize channel performance and manage relationships.
Sales Support: Provide insights and support to sales teams to help them understand RTM dynamics and improve their approach.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze RTM performance metrics, including sales data, distribution efficiency, and market penetration.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance distribution efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on RTM performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management
