Location: Egypt (Working remotely, focusing on educational institutions in Egypt and other African Countries)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships in Egypt and other African countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic, and a passion for driving business growth. This is a full-time remote position, and the candidate should have a reliable internet connection and be available during core business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough research to pinpoint prospective clients and market segments suitable for our products/services. Formulate effective strategies to initiate contact and interact with potential clients, aiming to showcase our offerings and capitalize on new business prospects.
2. Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives. Utilize a combination of networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements. Ensure that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon by both parties. Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats to the business. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
6. Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering value to clients. Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to support product/service enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
· Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
· Proven track record of success in sales/business development roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the educational sector.
· Strong interpersonal and (bilingual – English & Arabic) communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
· Valid Driving license.
· Willingness to travel extensively and engage in field sales.
· Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
· Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
· Ability to work independently and achieve targeted results.
