We are now looking for a Head of Private Wealth Management clients in Finland, where you will lead a talented team, manage key client relationships and drive growth.

Our client segments in Finland consist of professional family offices, foundations, professional private investors, wealthy individuals as well as clients with specific needs, such as entrepreneurs, professionals and executives.
About the role
As the Head of Private Wealth Management, you will oversee our private wealth management clients in Finland, including professional private investors, as well as wealthy individuals. You and your team will build and develop the portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth clients and their families. You will drive the business together with your team, local management, and global stakeholders within SEB, enhancing collaboration across various products and coverage areas within the bank. Your team will act as the trusted partner and main contact for clients, managing relationships and bringing together the right team to anticipate and fulfill client needs.
In this leadership role, you will inspire and coach your team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Client executives in your team will manage client relationships, income, credit risk and exposure for Private wealth managemet clients, coordinating overall client engagement. With high ambitions to grow our business, you will also lead client acquisition efforts with your team. This position involves extensive client contact and some travel.

A successful track record of client relationship development, leadership, and building new business. - Strategic orientation with strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- An entrepreneurial attitude, enjoying the excitement of growing the business and strengthening market presence. You have excellent knowledge of financial markets and investments and enjoy the challenges of an expansive Nordic environment.
- Extensive experience (15+ years) in the financial market with a relevant university degree. Your background is preferably from a Wealth Management environment and/or you have worked with Private Wealth Management and Family Office customers. Additionally relevant background from this specific client segment and/or at least two relevant product areas such as investment banking advisory, capital markets or a specific asset class is seen as an advantage. Experience from international wealth management is seen as an asset.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and coach a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
- Great communication skills. Fluency in Finnish and English, with Swedish seen as an advantage.
