LabIT Trainee
PART TIME

- Duration: 6 months/flexible
- Target start date: 2025, Flexible
- Educational recommendations: current Msc or BSc students in relevant areas
- Location: Oulu, Finland
The main responsibility in this traineeship is network device, server and PC installation, cabling, functional testing and documentation in new R&D laboratories. There are also network device and server clearing tasks in old R&D laboratories.
To be successful in this position, we would like you to have:
- Active student status
- Experience about network switch and server and PC installations
- Knowledge of ethernet and fiber-optic cables and related cabling work
- Documentation skills and experience about MS Office tools such as Excel, Word and Visio
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Good teamwork and communication skills both in English and Finnish
- Willingness to learn new things and develop yourself
